Introduction

Congratulations on your purchase of the Bluetooth® Suomy Communication
System (hereinafter SCS).
The system has been contructed fully respecting the environment, using compo-
nents and materials without heavy metals (RoHS-free).
The SCS has three components which can be purchased separately:
• start communication system kit
• Bluetooth® system kit (SCS)
• passenger cable kit
The start communication system kit contains the internal helmet circuity and
is required to use the SCS kit. The passenger helmet can also be connected
through a cable connection by purchasing another start communication system
kit and a passenger cable kit.
This kit is the SCS kit.
The passenger cable kit contains a spiral cable that allows the connection
between a helmet with the start communication system kit + SCS kit and ano-
ther helmet which only has a start communication system kit.
Possible configurations:
• Driver helmet only: 1 start communication system kit + 1 SCS kit
• Driver helmet + passenger helmet via cable: 2 start communication sy-
stem kits + 1 SCS kit + 1 passenger cable kit
• Driver helmet + passenger helmet: 2 start communication system kits +
2 SCS kits
The SCS kit is compatible with all Bluetooth® mobile phones for the basic fun-
ctions (making and answering calls), but compatibility may be limited for more
advanced functions. For more information on compatible Bluetooth® phones,
please consult the site www.suomy.com. The SCS kit is also compatible with
the main GPS navigators and MP3 players with Bluetooth®technology.
