PROBLEM
Nailer operates, but no nail
is driven.
Skipping nails.
Intermittent feed.
Nails jam.
Driven nail is bent.
The operation of the contact arm
not smooth.
Fan is working, light indicator
shows GREEN yet it doesn't
drive a nail or operation
unstable.
Fan does not operate when push
lever is pressed.
Unable to charge battery.

WHY
Prevent a jam.
Promote operator safety and
efficient Nailer operation.
Keep tool efficiency
CHECK METHOD
Check for a jam.
Check function of the nail feeder.
Ribbon spring weakened or damaged?
Check the correct nails are being used.
Check if the driver blade piston is not returned
to the top position
Check for proper nails.
Check function of nail feeder.
Ribbon spring weakened or damaged?
Nail feeder worn or damaged?
Check for returning of piston.
Check for proper nails.
Driver blade worn?
Nail feeder worn or damaged?
Contact arm bent?
Check contact arm's moving track for debris.
Check for returning of piston.
Check fuel cell, insufficient?
Check spark plug wire, worn out?
Check spark plug, grease or debris?
Check filter, clogged?
Magazine empty.
Note the color of the light indicator.
HOW
Blow clean daily.
Blow clean daily.
Follow mentioned procedure every 20.000 shots
(less in dirty environment)
CORRECTION
Clear the jam.
Clean and lubricate if required.
Replace ribbon spring.
Use only recommended nails.
Remove the battery, fuel cell & nails from the tool and, using a
thin piece of metal of screwdriver 100mm long (not included),
insert into the contact arm and push the bar to the top position.
Use only recommended nails.
Clean and lubricate.
Replace ribbon spring.
Replace nail feeder.
Pull the trigger firmly and for about 0.5 sec after combustion.
Too low temperature, warm up fuel cell under 50°C (120°F).
Use only recommended nails.
