Fitting and removing the blade
Whenever fitting or removing the blade the following
instructions must be observed:
To prevent an accidental start: switch off the air
supply and bleed the machine by pressing the
start and stop device. Disconnect the machine
from the power source.
WARNING
Cutting blade can come
loose
The machine can kick back towards the operator
very suddenly and violently. Furthermore, losing
your balance or slipping may cause injury. The
machine can be damaged if the cutting blade is not
properly assembled before use.
Be sure that the flange drive lugs are engaged
with the motor nut.
Fitting
1.
Place the blade on the flange drive arbor and
check that the directional arrow on the blade is
pointing clockwise as you face the shaft.

Install the outer flange (A) and locknut (B) which
has a left-hand thread, onto the shaft by hand
until finger tight.

Hold the shaft with a

a spanner.
