Soy Sesame Dressing
Ingredients:
1 cup low-sodium soy sauce
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
½ a cup of rice wine vinegar
¼ cup dark sesame oil
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
¼ cup raw peanuts (optional)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender, set to 10, and blend for 2 minutes.
Lid:
Plunger or Vacuum Lid
Tip:
Serve as a light salad dressing or use as a marinade for pork or chicken.
