Cleaning
PC and monitor

Handle the highly sensitive X-ray sensor and its electri-
cal lead with care!
Please do not pull on the connecting lead when cleaning.
Do not fold the lead!
Remove dirt, grime and disinfectant residue regularly
using mild, commercially available cleaning agents.
Do not allow liquids to penetrate into the ventilation slots!
Wipe off any medicaments that may come into contact
with the surface immediately.
Do not use: Substances containing phenol, peracetic
acid, peroxide or any other oxygen-splitting agents,
sodium hypochlorite or iodine-splitting agents.
When cleaning the PC and the monitor, please follow the
operating instructions supplied for these components.
Disinfecting
The USB – Box, the power supply unit, the USB cable,
both sensors and the holder for the sensors can all be
disinfected by wiping them off.
ATTENTION
Never spray with disinfectants or cleaning agents!
Never thermally disinfect the Universal and Full Size
sensors and their connecting leads or immerse them in
disinfecting solutions. Never disinfect or sterilize using
radiation!
The sensor holder, localizer rings and guide rods can be
sterilized.
