3. CONTRAINDICATIONS & WARNINGS
This device is not designed for everyone. Refer to section "1.3
Indications for use".
Hair removal by lasers or intense pulsed light sources can cause
increased hair growth in some individuals. The highest risk groups for
this response are females of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and South
Asian heritage when used on the face and neck. For more information

This device must not be used by the following people:

This appliance is not designed to be used by people with sensory
or mental disability (including children) or with no experience,
unless they are supervised or trained on the use of the product by
a person responsible for their safety.
Children must be supervised and should not do not play with the
appliance.
Do not use on a naturally dark complexion (skin type IV).
The device is not effective on naturally white, gray, blonde, and
red hair. If your body hair is one of these colors, the device will not
work on you.
Do not expose treated areas to the sun. Refer to section
"6.1 Exposure to the sun".
Do not use the device on tanned skin or after recent sun exposure
(including artificial tanning machines).
Use below the cheekbones and not around the eyes.
Do not use on areas with injected fills or toxins.
Do not treat on tattoos or permanent makeup, dark brown or black
spots (such as large freckles, moles, or warts), nipples, genitals,
around the anus, or lips.
Do not treat on active eczema, psoriasis, lesions, open wounds
or infections (cold sores), or abnormal skin conditions caused by
systemic or metabolic diseases (e.g. diabetes).
