Operation
Important: for the entryphone to work, the ID must have already been
programmed. To check this, press a key on the entryphone: if an ID has
been assigned to the entryphone, a beep will sound when a push button
is pressed; if no ID has been assigned or it has been deleted, a triple
beep will sound.
Answering a call
A call from the entrance panel or from an intercom device can be answered
during the ringtone cycle or once it has ended. To answer, lift the handset;
to end the call, replace the handset.
Receiving a door call
The entryphone can receive calls from a landing call button if connected to
terminals M and FP directly or via interface Art. 6120 (see wiring versions).
When the landing call button is pressed, the entryphone rings with a differ-
ent tone from those generated by calls from the entrance panel or intercom
calls. To stop the ringtone, lift the handset.
For landing calls using the push button connected directly to terminals FP
and M on the entryphone, the ringtone cycle duration depends on how long
the push button is pressed, for a maximum of 10 s. In this case the melody
cannot be configured.

a tone in order to signal that the call is underway, or if the entryphone/

the entryphone/video entryphone making the call to indicate that the user
called is busy.
When the called party answers, the communication is automatically acti-
