Cleaning of the gas outlet circuit. When indicated by the relevant revision and regulations.
When mounting the gas outlet pipeline, make sure it is well assembled, preferably sealed with silicone. If the
pipe has sealing joints, you must verify its good condition and replace it if necessary.

Review joints.
Review in detail any imperfections which may cause an air inlet, such as gaskets for cleaning the access to the
hearth, closing the burner, etc.. Replace them if necessary.

maintenance of the boiler room.
6.10. Cleaning the pellet chute, pneumatic vacuum cleaner and its filter. Check and replace, if necessary, the

Use the brush supplied by ECOFOREST to remove any dirt that may remain adhered to the end of the duct.
Empty the boiler hopper with a vacuum cleaner and inspect the integrity of the entire assembly. In the event
that sawdust is observed on the floor of the boiler room it may be due to leaks in the hopper seal, check the
silicone gaskets and reseal if necessary
The pneumatic vacuum cleaner has a filter that requires maintenance.
6.11. To ensure the proper functioning of the safety valves, an operation check must be carried out at each
inspection. To be able to manipulate the discharge handle, we must access the front of the boiler. Once we
have access to the handle, turn it and check that the download is carried out. Attention: The discharge valve
must be connected to a drain siphon, the passage of water being visible.


LUBRICATION OF MOVING PARTS AND REPLACEMENT OF WEARING PARTS.
To minimize friction and avoid premature wear in some moving parts of the boiler, the mechanisms and
pieces described in the following sections must be lubricated (using the recommended products) at least once a year
or according to maintenance needs stipulated by the regulations.
