6.3 Establishing the electrical connection
WARNING
Electric shock
Dangerous voltage due to defective cables.
• Check all live cables and connections for proper installation and damage.
• Replace any damaged, deformed or worn parts.

1 Plug in the mains plug.

WARNING
Health risk caused by harmful dust
Before and during operation, please observe the following:
• The fume extraction system must not be operated with an open dust collecting drawer.
• During operation and fume extraction, the complete fume extraction system must be kept closed.
• After having switched off the fume extraction system, wait at least one minute before opening the cover of the dust
collecting drawer.
WARNING
Hazard due to overheating
Increased wear to the electric motor due to overheating.
• A cool-down period of at least 5 minutes must be observed for every 30 minutes of operating time.
• This value may change depending on the ambient temperature of max. 25°C.
NOTICE
• Use the FES-200 W3 fume extraction system only in areas with sufficient ventilation.
• After each use, the dust collecting drawer must be checked.
• In case of a filling level of 2/3 or more, the dust collecting drawer must be emptied according to the regulations.

1 Plug the mains plug into the socket.
