WARNING:
Read all instructions before use of the reclined cradle/rocker.
When used by somebody not familiar with your reclined cradle/rocker, ensure they know how
to use and adjust it safely and follow all the necessary safety precautions.

WARNING –
PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH:
Never leave the child unattended.
Do not use the reclined cradle once your child can sit
unaided.
This reclined cradle is not intended for prolonged periods
of sleeping.
It is dangerous to use this reclined cradle on an elevated
surface, e.g. a table.
Always use the restraint system.
Toy bar is not a handle. Never use the toy bar to carry the
reclined cradle.
• The maximum weight of the child this product is intended
for is 9 kg (approx 6 months).
• This reclined cradle/rocker does not replace a cot or a bed.
Should your child need to sleep, then they should be placed
in a suitable cot or bed.
• Never place child in reclined cradle/rocker until frame is fully
locked and secured.
• FALL HAZARD: Child activity can slide reclined cradle.
Use only on floor. Never use on an elevated surface.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD
• Never use on a soft surface (bed, sofa, cushion), as seat can
tip over and cause suffocation.
• Never fold reclined cradle/rocker with child in it.
• Remove plastic cover before using this product.
Keep the plastic cover away from children.

GENERAL INFORMATION

BATTERY WARNINGS
Only an adult should access the battery compartment.
Ensure that the battery compartment is securely closed
before the product is used.
• Batteries can choke a child. Keep children and batteries
well apart.
• Remove batteries during long periods of non-use.
• Do not short-circuit the supply terminals.
• Always remove exhausted batteries from the product.
• Dispose of batteries safely. Do not dispose of this product
in a fire. The batteries inside may explode or leak.
• Use only batteries of the same or equivalent type as
recommended.
• Remove rechargeable batteries from the product before
charging.
• Do not attempt to recharge non-rechargeable batteries.
• If removable, rechargeable batteries are used, they are
only to be charged under adult supervision.
• Protect the environment by not disposing of this batteries
with household waste (2002/96/EC).
• Check your local authority for recycling advice and facilities
(Europe only).

IMPORTANT!
• Before assembly and each use, inspect this product
for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts or
sharp edges.
• Do not use the reclined cradle/rocker if any components
are broken or missing. Do not use this reclined cradle/
rocker if it is damaged or broken.
• Check to ensure that the side adjustment latches are
closed and secure before each use. Do not use unless all
fasteners are properly secured and the safety harness is
secured around the infant's body.
• Do not use accessories or replacement parts other than
those approved by the manufacturer. Contact Maclaren
for replacement parts and instructions if needed. Never
substitute parts.
• Adult assembly required. Tool needed for assembly:
Vibration Unit requires one C sized (LR14) battery
(not included).
• It is your ultimate responsibility to exercise common sense
at all times when determining the appropriate age and
weight limitations of this product.
• A child's ability to sit up will vary from individual to
individual.
• Never use this product as a car seat.
This symbol on the product or documentation denotes
that the item may not be disposed of as normal household
waste. This item must be handed over at an applicable collection
point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.

• Occasionally clean the metal and plastic parts with a
proprietary polish.
• Do not use abrasives or bleach. The fabric may be sponge
cleaned on the frame or removed for washing.
• Check the care label for more information.
• Do not fold and store product when wet.
Maclaren reserve the right to make design changes to any of their products as part of their
continuous development programme.
US: This product has been designed, manufactured and tested to the relevant clauses of ASTM
standard F3084 Standard Consumer Safety Specification
EU: This product is designed and manufactured to comply with EN 12790: 2009 standards for
reclined cradles.
The terms Reclined Cradle, Maclaren Rocker and Infant Bouncer Seat, are all used to describe the
product captioned in this instruction manual.
