5.2.2 Manual operation
To control the system manually, proceed as follows.

After finishing the job, turn the rotary knob to
(automatic).
5.2.3 Automatic filter cleaning
Each time the system is switched off after having run for at least
1,5 hours, an automatic cleaning cycle will take place. During
this cycle both filter cartrigdes are cleaned sectionwise by
compressed airjets from the RoboCleanPlus system. The dust
and dirt particles end up in the drum underneath.
The filter cleaning procedure takes approx. 1,5 hours.
To ensure initial operating efficiency of the filter
cartridges, they will not be cleaned during the first 40
operation hours after the system came into operation
and after filter replacement.
The automatic filter cleaning system will also be activated as
soon as the pressure drop exceeds 2000 Pa (8 in. WG) during
use.

Emptying the drum
The drum must be emptied regularly.
WARNING
Always wear face mask and gloves during emptying
the drum. Use supplied drum lid during transport.

Check filters for damage. Take them out of the door of the control
panel and clean them with compressed air.
Clean inside using an industrial vacuum cleaner
Check level of dust and dirt particles. Empty if necessary (refer to
paragraph 6.2).

MAINTENANCE
6.1
Periodic maintenance
The product has been designed to function without problems for
a long time with a minimum of maintenance. In order to
guarantee this some simple, regular maintenance and cleaning
activities are required which are described in this chapter. If you
observe the necessary caution and carry out the maintenance at
regular intervals, any problems occuring will be detected and
corrected before they lead to a total breakdown.
The indicated maintenance intervals can vary depending on the
specific working and ambient conditions. Therefore it is
recommended to thoroughly inspect the complete product once
every year beside the indicated periodic maintenance. For this
purpose contact your supplier.

Overdue maintenance can cause fire.
WARNING
Always fully disconnect the system from the mains
before carrying out maintenance jobs as mentioned
below. First read the maintenance regulations at the
beginning of this manual.

Always disconnect the compressed air supply before
carrying out maintenance jobs.

Disconnect the compressed air connection.
•
Disconnect the drum by loosening the clip.
•
Empty the drum.
•
Place empty drum and fasten clip.
•
Dispose of the contents of the drum in accordance with state
or local regulations.
