Turn the main switch off;

Unplug the unit from from the socket interlocked with switch;

Take all the food out;

Clean the machine thoroughly with neutral disinfectants so as to protect it against oxidation (see chapter 14

– 15);
Leave the machine hood open (if openable) to prevent the formation of mould, bad smells and oxidation;

Cover the system to protect it from the dust.


15.MAINTENANCE AND CHECKS

Before carrying out any maintenance operation, disconnect the electronic thermoregulator, turn the main
switch off and unplug the unit from the socket interlocked with switch.
Once a day
Check that the power supply cable is in perfect condition; if not replace it with another one of the same

type.

16.FAULTS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

For troubleshooting and related repairs, refer to the table below.
FAULTS
The heating system
does not start
The temperature of
the water is not warm
enough
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The machine is unpluggeed from
the current socket
The power supply
damaged or interrupted
The main bipolar switch is off
The machine main switch is off
There is a current interruption on
the control panel
The thermoregulator is off
Water missing in the tray
The thermoregulator calibration
values are not correct.
The heaters and/or thermal cut-
out switches don't work.
The thermoregulator is not set to
the correct position
The machine has been placed
closed to a cold source

Plug in correctly
cable is Check the condition of the cable. If necessary
contact a qualified technician to replace it with
another one of the same type
Turn the mains bipolar switch on.
Turn the machine main switch on.
Check the condition of the control panel. If
necessary contact a qualified technician to
restore the current
Switch the thermoregulator on as indicated in its
chapter.
Load water inside the tray (see chapter 13)
Calibrate the thermoregulator as indicated in its
chapter. If necessary, contact the manufacturer
or authorised dealer for replacement
Check the condition of the heaters and/or
thermal cut-out switches. If necessary, contact
the manufacturer or your local dealer and have
them replaced with identical products
Adjust the thermoregulator
Move the machine away from the heat source as
described in chapter 11.
