Turn the main switch off;
Unplug the unit from from the socket interlocked with switch;
Take all the food out;
Clean the machine thoroughly with neutral disinfectants so as to protect it against oxidation (see chapter 14
– 15);
Leave the machine hood open (if openable) to prevent the formation of mould, bad smells and oxidation;
Cover the system to protect it from the dust.
15.MAINTENANCE AND CHECKS
Before carrying out any maintenance operation, disconnect the electronic thermoregulator, turn the main
switch off and unplug the unit from the socket interlocked with switch.
Once a day
Check that the power supply cable is in perfect condition; if not replace it with another one of the same
type.
16.FAULTS AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

Load water inside the tray (see chapter 13)
Calibrate the thermoregulator as indicated in its
chapter. If necessary, contact the manufacturer
or authorised dealer for replacement
Check the condition of the heaters and/or
thermal cut-out switches. If necessary, contact
the manufacturer or your local dealer and have
them replaced with identical products
Adjust the thermoregulator
Move the machine away from the heat source as
described in chapter 11.
