Danger:

If the user or the machine is in danger, you must use the main isolator switch to cut the power supply
to the machine.
Keep clear of the tray proofers when they are in motion.
Remove the plug from the power socket before any maintenance and/or servicing work.
Any maintenance work or replacement of parts must be carried out by an approved agent.

CONTROLS AND SAFETY FEATURES

6.1

Controls:

Your machine is equipped as standard with a mechanical control panel (fig.3).
6.2

Setting area:

The setting area is located at the machine control panel (fig.4).
6.3

Work area:

The work area is located at the machine outfeed belt (fig.4).
6.4

Safety features:

This machine is equipped with:
A magnetic sensor (fig.8)
Which prevents the machine from operating if the hopper grid is not closed properly.

OPERATION

Switch on the power to the machine at the start of the day using the main isolator switch
(fig.3, n°16).
There are several different operating modes:
"Automatic" mode:
The machine counts the pieces and stops when it reaches the value entered previously.
"Manual" mode:
The machine keeps on dividing until the STOP button is pressed.
Automatic mode operating procedure (fig.9, 10)
A. Open the hopper grid.
B. Lubricate the inside of the hopper using a spray can or a cloth dipped in Vaseline-based oil and tip
the dough into it.
C. Close the hopper grid.
D. Set the desired dough piece weight using the weight setting buttons.
(A position indicator showing the variation in weight is located next to the buttons).
