After the helmet has been in use for five
years, we recommend sending it to
ROSENBAUER or an authorised agent for
checking conformity and repairing if
necessary.
8.0 Repairs
8.1 Replacing the neck padding
To detach the padding, undo the press studs
and tear off the Velcro strip.
When replacing, first attach the neck
padding at the two studs and then press
onto the Velcro, ensuring that there are no
creases.

8.2 Replacing the chin strap
Undo the screws on either side of the
helmet and remove the strap.
Attach a new chin strap with the screws on
both sides.
8.3 Replacing the visor
First remove the chin strap as described
under 8.2.
Undo the lining screw on the left.
