Cooking/baking with a core temperature sensor
Securing / removing the core temperature sensor

CAUTION!
To avoid damaging the core temperature sensor, insert it into the device only
above the glass door.
NOTE!
The core temperature sensor is placed by inserting it into the product to be cooked
so that its tip is located right in the middle of the product (part of greatest thickness).

To connect the core temperature sensor take out the

plug (image on the left) from the opening at the top
left side of the oven, press and hold the red detent
and insert the core temperature sensor
opening provided.
Release the red detent
press the detent
