For best results, place the device at a height of at least 70 -100 cm from the floor.
• When using any electrical appliance, it is necessary to follow a few basic safety rules:
- Do not cover the device while it is operating.
- Do not leave the device switched on unnecessarily as it is a potential source of danger.
- Keep the appliance and the power cable (8) far from sources of heat.
- The device should not be operated by means of an external timer or by means of a separate

- If deciding to discard the device, it is advisable to disconnect it from the power socket and
cut the power cable (8) so that the device is no longer usable.
- Never place the device directly on or near hot surfaces, hobs or hotplates, or on delicate
surfaces and/or equipment, materials and surfaces that may be sensitive to steam and heat.
• Make sure the steam outlet nozzle (3) is not pointing at furniture, curtains, shelves, electrical
equipment or objects sensitive to water and/or moisture.
• Do not put hot or boiling water or demineralised water in the water tank (5).
• It is not recommended to use power strips and/or extension cables. If their use becomes nec-
essary, only use power strips and/or extensions that comply with current safety standards,
taking care not to exceed the power limit indicated on the power strip and/or extension.
• Do not use accessories, spare parts or components not provided/supplied by the manufac-
turer. Do not leave water in the humidifier in extreme temperatures (<5 °C).
• Do not move or lift the water tank (5) and/or nebuliser unit (6) when it is operating.
