minimum to the symbol (O) (Fig. F).
• The direction of the steam outlet nozzle (3) is
easy to adjust (Fig. F).
• The humidifier is fitted with an internal de-
vice that shuts down the nebulisation cycle
and the fan functions when the water tank
is empty.
• The blue indicator LED (2) will remain ON to
indicate that the device is connected to the
mains.
• To reset the nebulisation cycle: use the han-
dle (4) on the water tank (5) to lift it upwards
checking that the steam outlet nozzle (3) is
fixed to the tank (arrows on the nozzle and
tank should NOT be aligned ); now
top up the tank with water. Replace the tank
on the base of the appliance. The nebulisa-

tion cycle will restart automatically (Fig. C).
• Switch the appliance OFF completely by
turning the dial (1) downwards to the
OFF(O) position (Fig. E).
SAFETY AND MAINTENANCE
WARNING!!
Before starting any cleaning/maintenance
operations on the appliance, press the ON/
OFF button (1b) to OFF and disconnect the
power cable (8) plug from the mains socket.
Daily cleaning
In order to avoid/reduce the formation of
bacteria or scale residues, it is necessary to
clean the device on a daily base, as indicated
below:
1. Turn the nebuliser water output nozzle (3)
until the arrows on the nozzle are aligned
with those on the tank (); you can now
remove the tank.
2. Empty the tank (5) of any residual water
by opening the plug on the bottom of the
tank (turn the ring cap counter clockwise)
(Fig. H).
3. Empty the humidifier container/unit (6) fol-
lowing the direction of the arrow on the left
of the appliance base (Fig. H) paying atten-
tion to avoid wetting the cable.
4. Top up the tank (5) with drinking water
boiled and left to cool to at least 40°C; now
close the plug turning it clockwise.
5. Rinse out the tank (5) several times, taking
care to pour out all the water, as illustrated
in section 2 of these instructions.
6. Rinse the steam outlet nozzle (3) several
times.
7. Repeat this operation to clean the tank (6)
filling it with drinking water boiled and left
to cool to at least 40°C; empty it following
the instructions provided in section 3 of
this manual.
8. After draining all the water, dry thoroughly
with a dry cloth, wiping it carefully over the
container (5), the humidifier container/unit
(transducer) (6) and the steam outlet nozzle
(3) (Fig. G).
9. If the appliance is not used after the daily
cleaning procedure, dry all parts immedi-
ately and then store it away in a dry and
safe area.
WARNING!!
1. Avoid cleaning the water tank (5) with
harsh detergents, abrasive products, alco-
hol, solvents or similar products: of the wa-
ter tank (5) could get damaged.
2. Never place the device under running wa-
ter.
3. Never allow the power cable (8) or air vents
(9) to come into contact with water.
4. Do not use tools to clean the transducer.
Do not clean with chemical or abrasive
products.
Clean the water tank handle if there are any
traces of dirt.
Weekly cleaning.
Cleaning the outside of the appliance.
Clean the appliance outer surfaces with a soft
damp cloth using water.
Do not use abrasive products, harsh deter-
gents, alcohol, solvents or similar products,
which may cause permanent damage to the
appliance outer surface.
