Epworth Sleepiness Scale
How likely are you to doze off or fall asleep in the following situations, in contrast to feeling just tired? This refers to your usual way of
life in recent times.
Even if you haven't done some of these things recently try to work out how they would have affected you. Use the following scale to
choose the most appropriate number for each situation:
TRAVEL INFORMATION
This unit is equipped with a universal power supply capable of accepting line voltages of 100-240V~ 50/60Hz, and 120V~ 400Hz. No adjustments are
required to the AC power connector or the line fuses to accept this entire range of voltages. If traveling to another country where the line voltage is
different than the domestic supply voltage, simply obtain a line cord configured for that particular country and substitute it for the line cord
supplied with your bilevel CPAP. Operate unit as normal.
NOTE—Your home medical equipment provider has set your prescription pressure based on your prescription. The Model 9055 bilevel CPAP has
onboard automatic altitude compensation. Therefore, no adjustments for altitude are required.
DC Operation of the 9055
The 9055 Series DeVilbiss bilevel CPAP can be operated from a 12V DC power source in a motor home, recreational vehicle or boat provided that the
appropriate power inverter has been installed. Connect the DeVilbiss bilevel CPAP to the inverter. The appropriate power rating of the inverter
should be at least 120 watts. There are no switches or fuses to change for DC operation. Do not use the bilevel CPAP in a moving vehicle.
