3.6. How to install the disc in 6 steps
1. Before any intervention, always
disconnect the power tool from the power
source.
2. Insert the centering washer until it
clicks into place.
3. Select the appropriate disk for the
work to be performed. Insert and center
the disc. On page 59 you will find a
selection of discs.
ATTENTION: The supported speed
should always be greater than the
one of the angle grinder.

Never reuse discs that were originally
larger and due to wear and tear have
become smaller to the point of entering
this grinder.
Larger discs are not designed for high
speeds of smaller grinders.
4. Pay attention to the thickness of
the disc to be installed to position the
tensioning nut on the correct side.
5. Lock the shaft by pressing the button
and simultaneously turn the shaft until it
is secured.
6. Secure the disc with the spanner
wrench. Do not apply too much tightening
force. This will make it difficult to remove
the disc or even damage it. The rotation of
the machine is self-fixing.
