- This symbol means that this product shall not
be disposed of with normal household waste
(2012/19/EU).
- This symbol means that this product contains a
built-in rechargeable battery which shall not be
disposed of with normal household waste (2006/66/
EC). Follow the instructions in section 'Removing the
rechargeable battery' to remove the battery.
- Follow your country's rules for the separate
collection of electrical and electronic products
and rechargeable batteries. Correct disposal
helps prevent negative consequences for the
environment and human health.
Removing the rechargeable battery
Note: Always remove the rechargeable battery before
you hand in the device at an official collection point.
If you have trouble removing the battery, you can also
take the device to a Philips service centre, which will
remove the battery for you and will dispose of it in an
environmentally safe way.

Make sure the rechargeable battery is empty.
Switch on the device and leave it on until the
charging light turns solid red and the device
switches off automatically. You may have to
repeat this procedure several times until it is
no longer possible to switch on the device.

Use a screwdriver to separate the upper part
of the device from the lower part.
