CLASSIFICATION AND TYPE.
According to IEC 60730-1 and EN 60730-11 this unit is an electronic control device for independent assembly pressure systems,
action type 1Y (transistor output). Operational value: 2.5 l/min flow rate. Pollution degree 2 (clean environment). Rated impulse
voltage: cat II / 2500V. Temperature applied to the ball pressure test: container (75º C) and PCB (125ºC).
Only for models VSD 6 M/T and 10 T/M, according to EN 61800-3 the unit is Class C1 with integrated rear filter.
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
•
Inlet and outlet connection G 1 1/4" or 2" depending on the made model s/ ISO 228.
•
Frequency converter for pump management.
•
Control system and protection against overload.
•
Protection system against operation of dry pumps due to insufficient water.
•
ART Function (Automatic Reset Test). When the device is stopped as a result of the insufficient water protection system,
the ART tries to restore the water supply at scheduled intervals.
•
System of automatic reset after the power outage. The system is activated keeping the configuration parameters (see
paragraph "CONFIGURATION").
•
Internal pressure transducer.
•
Minimum level control : the device has an inlet that disables the pump as soon as it receives the signal from an external
minimum level detector. For its connection see Fig.5a for VSD 6 M/T and 10 M/T or Fig.5b VSD 9 T/T and 14 T/T.
•
Only for three-phase devices (T/T). Free potential switched contact to monitor the alarms caused by irregularities or
malfunctions in the system. Its use is optional (max 18V). See Fig. 5b.
•
Possibility of being connected to another similar device to work in group with MASTER & SLAVE configuration
•
Control panel (OPERATION chapter): LCD multi-function screen, buttons and digital pressure gauge.
•
Operational control log. On-screen information: hours of work, start counter, mains connection counter.
•
Alarm log. Information on the screen of the number and type of alarm generated on the device since its commissioning.
