A6 EXCESSIVE TEMPERATURE (
definitive fault):
DESCRIPTION: the device has a cooling system to keep the inverter in excellent working condition.
SYSTEM RESPONSE: If for any reason the device reaches an excessive temperature, the system puts the inverter and therefore the
pump out of service.
SOLUTION: Verify that the water temperature does not exceed 40ºC, and that the ambient temperature does not exceed 50ºC.

A7 SHORT CIRCUIT (
definitive fault):
DESCRIPTION: the device has an electronic protection system against short circuit and a fuse.
RESPONSE: the pump stops for 10s. Then it is put back into operation for a maximum of 4 attempts. If the problem is not resolved,
a definitive fault is produced.
SOLUTION: check the pump; if the problem continues contact the manufacturer.

A8 OVERVOLTAGE (
check fault):
DESCRIPTION: the device has an electronic protection system against overvoltages.
RESPONSE: in case of excessively high voltage the system stops the pump. If an adequate voltage value is re-established, operation
of the pump is automatically restored.
CHECK: check the supply voltage

A9 LOw VOLTAGE (
check fault):
DESCRIPTION: the device has an electronic protection system against low voltage.
SYSTEM RESPONSE: in case of undervoltage the system stops the pump. If an adequate voltage value is re-established, operation
of the pump is automatically restored.
CHECK: check the supply voltage
bLANK DISPLAY:
DESCRIPTION: blank screen.
SYSTEM RESPONSE: none.
SOLUTION: check the supply voltage. Check the state of the fuse
IN MASTER & SLAVE MODE.
When there are 2 communicated devices, the alarms are similar to individual behaviour with their own peculiarities. Depending on
the reaction of the system 4 types of alarms are distinguished:
1.- COMUNICATION ERROR: No alarm will start. The devices are working independently.
2. - INSUFFICIENT WATER If a device detects insufficient water in the pump, the other becomes the main one. If the water demand
so requires, the system will attempt to restart the device in the case of insufficient water. Where water supply is restored, the
system will restore the alternation. If insufficient water is detected in the 2 pumps, the ART is activated on the MASTER device.
3.- MINIMUM LEVEL IN THE STORAGE TANK: The insufficient water alarm is triggered and the device remains disabled. It will be
automatically restored when the level sensor detects water again.
4.- OTHER TYPE of ALARM: If the alarm is on one device, the other is activated as the main one. The system will attempt again to
start the auxiliary that is in alarm where the water demand so requires. After 4 further attempts at restoring, the device will remain
disabled and must be restored manually. In case of alarm in both the devices the system performs 4 attempts to re-establish
operation. If this fails, the devices will remain disabled.
To manually restore a device disabled by an alarm
ON/OFF must be pressed followed by the
ENTER key.
