It guarantees this product for the term of ONE YEAR in all its parts and labor against any defect
of manufacture and operation, from the date of purchase and in the case of products that require
teaching or training in its handling or the installation of additions , Accessories, implements or
devices, from the date on which it was normally operated after installation at the address indicated by
the consumer.
THIS WARRANTY REPLACES ANY OTHER WARRANTY FOUND ON THE PRODUCT.
1. To make this guarantee effective, no more requirements than the presentation of this policy,
together with the product, may be required in the place where it was purchased or at the service
centers indicated below:
Service centers in the Federal District, Metropolitan area, and states where there are holdings of
Importadora Primex, S.A. Of C.V. In the returns department.
2. The Company undertakes to repair the product, as well as defective parts and components thereof
without any charge to the consumer. (Within the term of the policy).
3. The repair time will in no case be more than 30 working days counted from the reception of the
product in any of the places where this warranty can be made valid.
4. Parts, components, consumables, accessories and spare parts can be purchased from the
aforementioned service centers.
5. All costs incurred in connection with the fulfi llment of this guarantee, including transportation costs,
shall be borne by primex importer, s.a. Of c.v.
THIS GUARANTEE IS NOT VALID IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• When the product has been used under conditions other than normal.
• When the product has not been operated in accordance with the instruction manual in Spanish.
• When the product has been altered or, repaired by persons not authorized by Importadora
Primex, S.A. Of C.V.

The consumer may declare that the guarantee is effective before the commercial house where he
purchased the product, or in any other of the indicated.
NOTE: In the event that this warranty is lost, the consumer can turn to his supplier to have another
warranty policy issued to him, upon presentation of the respective purchase note or invoice.
