IV. Basic operation
Charge your headset
Plug the supplied USB cable into the USB port of your computer or to a 5V
•
USB adapter to charge the battery.
Make sure that the headset is fully charged before using it for the first time.
•
The headset battery has to be initially charged for at least 2 hours. Thereafter,
•
the battery will take up to 2 hours to recharge.
While the headset is being charged, the LED glows red.
•
When the battery has reached full capacity, the red LED turns off.
•
V. Advanced operation
Note:
Before installing this product, please make sure your computer or laptop has the
built-in Bluetooth
feature available. If your computer is not Bluetooth
®
must purchase a compatible dongle, preferably version 3.0 or above.
Pairing the headset with your mobile phone
1.
Press and hold the multifunction button to power on the headset. An audible
tone will be heard as soon as the device turns on.

Next, set your Bluetooth
phone to "discover" the wireless headset.

Place both devices not more than one meter away from each other.

The blue LED starts blinking fast, accompanied by an audible tone, to indicate that
the headset has entered into the pairing mode and it is ready to be detectable for
the first time.

On your mobile phone, tap the newly discovered audio device (KHS-620) being
displayed in the Bluetooth
list.

When the headset asks if you want to pair with it, click Yes or OK to accept.

If you have a lower Bluetooth
version, you may be prompted to enter the

passkey 0000 (4 zeros).

If pairing is successful, a tone will be heard and the LED will turn solid blue, if after
60 seconds the pairing process fails, please repeat steps 1 through 7 described
above.

The headset will automatically shut off when the wireless connection falls out of
range.
