6. Assembling Feed Dogs on Feed Dog Support
(Fig. 13)
With screw C assemble the front feed dog A in its
seating in the slot of feed dog support B. Assemble
the main differential feed dog D without tightening
it down on feed dog bracket E with the two screws
H. Align feed dogs A and D Tighten the two screws
H.
7. Centering Feed Dogs (Fig. 13)
Loosen the two screws G - Assemble the needle
plate and center the feed dog A and D in a lateral
sense in the slots of the needle plate moving the
entire differential unit F. - Tighten screws G -
While turning the handwheel in operating direction
check that the feed dogs do not touch the needle
plate at the bottom of the slots; if this should
happen loosen screw P of the fork Q inside the base.
- Turn unit F and carry out the centering of the feed
dogs with respect to the slots in the needle plate. -
Tighten screw P.

6. Montado de los Dientes de arrastre en su
Soporte (Fig. 13)
Con el tornillo C monte los dientes de arrastre del
frente A en su ranura en el soporte B. Monte los
dientes de arrastre diferenciales D sin apretarlo en
la abrazadera E con los dos tornillos H. Alinee los
dientes de arrastre A y D Apriete los dos tornillos
H.
7. Centrando los Dientes de arrastre (Fig. 13)
Afloje los dos tornillos G Monte la plancha de la
aguja y centre los dientes A y D en sentido lateral
en las ranuras de la plancha de la aguja moviendo
toda la unidad diferencial F. - Apriete los tornillos
G - Mientras da vueltas al volante en dirección de
operar chequee que los dientes de arrastre no tocan
la plancha de la aguja en la parte de abajo de las
ranuras; si ésto sucede afloje el tornillo P de la
horquilla Q dentro de la base. - De vuelta a la
unidad F y termine de centrar los dientes de arrastre
con respecto las ranuras en la plancha de la aguja. -
Apriete el tornillo P.
