Sostituzione dell'olio del carter.
- Allentare l'asticella di riempimento
dell'olio.
- Allentare e rimuovere la vite di scarico
olio del carter.
- Lasciare scolare totalmente l'olio del car-
ter.
- Stringere la vite di scarico olio del carter.
- Riempire il carter con 80 c.c. di olio AGIP
GEAR SYNTH 75W90 e stringere il tappo
del livello dell'olio.
Verifica del livello dell'olio del carter.
Per verificare il livello corretto, effettuare
le seguenti operazioni:
- Collocare il veicolo su un terreno piano e
mettere il cavalletto centrale.
- Allentare l'asticella di riempimento
del'olio, asciugarla con uno straccio pulito
e ricollocarla di nuovo, avvitandola total-
mente.
- Estrarre l'asticella e verificare che il livello
dell'olio bagna la seconda tacca, dopodi-
ché avvitare l'asticella verificando che
resta bloccata.

In nessun caso si verserà olio nelle
fogne o in terra. A causa del problema
dell'eliminazione dei rifiuti, e dovuto al
fatto di aver bisogno di ferri , il cambio
dell'olio dovrebbe farsi presso un Ser-
vizio Ufficiale DERBI.
Changing the Crankcase oil
- Loosen the oil filler dipstick.
- Loosen and remove the crankcase oil
drain plug
- Allow the oil to drain completely out of the
crankcase.
- Tighten up the crankcase oil drain plug
- Refill the crankcase with 80 cc of oil type
AGIP GEAR SYNTH 75W90, and tighten
up the oil level cap.
Checking the crankcase oil level
To check that the oil level is correct, carry
out the following steps:
- Raise the vehicle up on its centre stand
on level ground.
- Loosen the oil filler dipstick, dry it on a
clean cloth and replace it in the filler hole
and screw fully home.
- Remove the oil filler dipstick and check
that the oil level just touches the second
mark; then immediately screw the dipstick
back home and ensure that it seals
correctly.

Under no circumstances should engi-
ne oil be poured into the drains or
onto the ground. Because of this pro-
blem of disposing of waste oil and
because of the need for specialist
tools, changing the oil should always
be entrusted to your Official DERBI
Service Agent.

Wechsel des Öls der Ölwanne
- Den Ölmeßstab lösen
- Die Ölablaßschraube der Ölwanne lösen
und herausdrehen.
- Das ganze Öl aus der Ölwanne ablaufen
lassen.
- Die Ölablaßschraube der Ölwanne wieder
einsetzen und festziehen.
- Die Ölwanne mit 80 cm3 Öl Typ AGIP
GEAR SYNTH 75W90 befüllen und den
Ölstandsdeckel anziehen.
Prüfung des Ölstand in der Ölwanne
Zur Prüfung des korrekten Ölstands
gehen Sie wie folgt vor:
- Das Fahrzeug auf einer ebenen Fläche auf
dem mittleren Bock abstellen.
- Den Ölmeßstab lösen, mit einem sauberen
Lappen trocknen und wieder vollständig
einsetzen.
- Den Ölmeßstab herausnehmen, und
prüfen, ob der Ölstand bis an die 2.
Markierung reicht. Danach den Ölmeßstab
wieder einschrauben und darauf achten,
daß er gesichert ist.

Das Öl darf in keinem Fall in die Kana-
lisation oder in die Erde gegossen wer-
den. Angesichts der Schwierigkeiten
der Schadstoffentsorgung und auf-
grund der Tatsache, daß für diesen
Vorgang Werkzeuge benötigt werden,
sollte der Ölwechsel bei einer offizie-
llen DERBI-Servicestelle vorgenom-
men werden.
