5.2 Menu item 'Alarms & Functions'
5.2.1 Up Alarm
The function 'Up Alarm' is used to set an alarm according
to the length of chain raised.
Range: Off, 0 - 20 metres, 0 - 20 feet
5.2.2 Auto Down
The function 'Auto Down' is used to pay out a preset length of chain automatically.
Range: Off, 5 - 250 metres, 5 - 250 feet.
Use of the function during normal operation:
Press the 'ON' and 'DOWN' keys simultaneously for at least 3 seconds. The preset length
of chain will be paid out.
5.2.3 Load Default
The function 'Load Default' resets all settings to the factory default values. Use this func-
tion only if faults occur during calibration.
5.2.4 Exit
Function 'Exit' is used to return to the menu.

5.3 Menu item 'Settings'

5.3.1 Contrast
The function 'Contrast' is used to set the contrast on the
screen display.
5.3.2 Lite
The function 'Lite' is used to set the intensity of the back-
ground lighting on the screen.
5.3.3 Lite Time
The function 'Lite Time' is used to set the length of time the background lighting remains
on after the last command has been made.
Range: 1 - 180 seconds
5.3.4 Keyb. Beep
The function 'Keyb. Beep' is used to select whether or not a beep will be given after a key
has been operated.
5.3.5 Exit
Function 'Exit' is used to return to the menu.
