Bend Calculations

General
This section describes a means for laying out the
starting points for various types of bends. It includes very
accurate measurements for heights and bend angles
commonly used.
If you have a deluxe pendant, these computations can
be done automatically.
1. Select the bend type from the chart below.
2. Follow the prompts for angle, height, length, and
straight sections as required by the bend. Refer to
the illustrations in the "Bend Calculations" section to
understand which dimension is being asked for and
where to mark the conduit.
• To enter data, type in the numbers and press
ENTER. The unit can accept up to two numbers
past the decimal for height, length, and straight
section.
• When you have entered all the data, the display
indicates where to mark the conduit.
3. Press ENTER when finished marking the conduit.
4. Follow the instructions on the prompt.
Note: Press RESET to clear all data.
