• Ensure that the seat is not damaged by wedging it between or underneath heavy luggage, adjustable seats or by slamming the car
door.
• The Safety 1st Travel Safe may only be used as a child's safety seat and is not intended for use in-house.
Tips
• In hot weather the plastic parts may become hot to the touch. Cover the Safety 1st Travel Safe when the car is parked in the sun.
• For future use it is important that the instruction manual is kept with the seat at all times. Please store it in the space provided
underneath the seat.
• To avoid damage to the cover do not remove the Safety 1st Travel Safe logo.
• Always use the seat, even on short journeys as this is when most accidents occur.
• REMOVE the headrest of the passenger seat being used if it causes an obstruction for proper installation of the Safety 1st Travel Safe,
but do not forget to refit the headrest after use.
• Before purchasing the seat we recommend you check that it is compatible for use with the seat belt system in your car.
• NEVER leave your child unattended in the car.
• Set a good example yourself and always wear your seat belt.
• Tell your child that he/she must never play with the belt buckle.
• During long journeys make the occasional stop to allow your child to stretch his/her limbs.
Care
Fabric:
• Before cleaning check the label sewn into the fabric, you will find the wash symbols indicating the method of washing each item.
Shell:
• Clean the shell using a damp cloth.
Environment
Keep all plastic packaging materials out of reach of your child to avoid the risk of suffocation.
For environmental reasons, when you have stopped using this product, we ask that you dispose of the product in the proper waste
facilities in accordance with local legislation.
