9.1 Maintenance intervals

NOTICE
• The maintenance intervals given are standard values and refer to single-shift operation.
1 Air grille – housing air inlet

Observe the instructions of the guideline EN 60974-4 Inspection and test during the operation of arc
welding equipment as well as the laws and guidelines valid in the respective country.
Check the following:
Weekly Monthly
- Check, clean and, depending on the level of dirt, replace the air filters.
1 Open the air grilles (1) and (2) (snap-on closures), remove the air filters and air blast with
dry compressed air. Replace the filters if necessary.
2 Insert the air filters into the air grilles (1) and (2) and re-attach the air grilles (1) and (2) to
the housing.
