E-380 (fig. 1)
E-380 product has been designed to be installed under the kitchen cabinet, corresponding to the down-
draft lower air outlet. This product can work only if it is used in combination with a downdraft equipped
with external motor, manufactured by the same producer.
The appliance has been designed to suck vapours and odours in an optimal and almost noiseless way.
We recommend to use the product only in FILTERING MODE and to use a constant diameter piping of
150mm or similar sections.
We recommend to use piping without elbows, as they negatively affect the performance of the appliance.
Installation procedure: place the appliance under the downdraft, corresponding to the air outlet, as
shown in (fig. 2).
After having removed the four screws fixing the bottom part of the air inlet flange, one can rotate the
flange in order to direct the air outlet according to one's needs, see fig. 3.
All fittings are supplied with the appliance, along with a rectangular pipe that connects the downdraft to
the product.
The appliance air outlet shall be connected to the cabinet, in such a way that the air sucked in the
kitchen can be recirculated back into the room. Piping to be connected to the product air outlet are not
supplied with the appliance.
In case one intends to use a piping having a section of 220x90, this must be inserted in the E-380 as
shown in figure 4. It must then be secured with adhesive tape. Two plastic joints having a section of
230x80 (see fig. 5) and of 220x55 (see fig.6) are supplied with the product.
The appliance is equipped with a 1,5 meter long power cable, to be connected to the hood in the specific
terminal board found inside the plastic black box (fig. 7).
With reference to the Energy Label standard and taking into account its performances, it is not neces-
sary to equip the product with any time control device.
