6.1 Mounting the device fastener

Carry out each step in accordance with the figures below:

NOTICE
• The precise positioning of the TSi injection unit is specified by the operator of the system.
• Mount the TSi injection unit vertically.
• Ensure clear access to the device.
• Mount the release agent bottles in such a way that they can use the hose or tube lengths supplied.
• Protect the components against rain and direct sunlight.
• Only use the device in dry, clean and well-ventilated rooms.
1 Mount angle-shaped holder (1) with cylinder head screws (2).

6.2 Setting up the TSi injection unit

NOTICE
• The TSi injection unit is fully mounted ex works and equipped with a rubber seal Ø = 24 mm.
• The size of the rubber seal used depends on the gas nozzle diameter used. Replace the rubber seal if necessary.
