6 Putting into operation

Injury to the eyes by sprayed release agent.
• When cleaning with compressed air, wear suitable protective clothing, in particular safety goggles.
1 Push the device cover (1) downwards and hold it down.
2 Set the required quantity of release agent by turning the screwdriver (3) to the left (+) or right (−).
NOTICE
• The injection impulse is executed by robot movement. The hold time of the robot in the lower position determines
the time for the injection impulse. The injection impulse should amount to a maximum of 2 to 3 seconds on the
lower position.

6.5 Programming the robot

Carry out each step in accordance with the figures below:

NOTICE
• P1 = approach position; P2 = injection position
• The maximum activation time for the injection impulse should be 2 to 3 seconds. Program the desired impulse time
depending on the injection results. The hold time of the robot in P2 determines the injection time.
• Avoid the formation of drops.
