STRAP to the TOP (C3). Use the provided BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREW.
NOTE: Position the SAFETY STRAP exactly as shown.

Fasten the TOP (C3) to the LEFT END (B2). Tighten two HIDDEN CAMS.
