Ensuring accurate measurements

Heart rate readings may be inaccurate depending on the conditions and surroundings.
Follow these steps for more accurate heart rate readings:
Never measure your heart rate after smoking or consuming alcohol. Smoking and/
or consuming alcohol can affect your heart rate.
Never take heart rate measurements at low temperatures. Or keep yourself warm
when you measure your heart rate.
Users with thin wrists may find their heart rate measurements are inaccurate.
