N otee: For the E3LWW Wall Wash optical element, adjust
the light source tilt angle to 20 degrees for optimum
performance.
Top Access
Top access is achieved by loosening the top access thumb
screw on the housing platform and lifting or removing the
top cover. This allows for inspecting and servicing the fixture
without removal. A minimum of 12˝ clearance above the
housing is recommended to allow top access (Figure 20.).
The installer should ensure proper clearance for access to
the fixture.
Removing the LED Mechanism
The LED Mechanism is easiest to remove via top access.

If top access is not available the LED Mechanism can be
placed aside inside the housing or removed through the
collar.
1. Remove the optical element. Refer to LED Reflector
Installation.
2. Tighten the rotation lock down screw (Figure 17 .).
3. Remove the cotter pin from the rotation lock down
screw (Figure 21.). Use a small slot-head screwdriver
or needle nose pliers. Retain the cotter pin for
reinstallation.
4. Loosen the rotation lock down screw. It is captive but
do not over-torque.
5. Disengage the retainer (Figure 22.) by rotating past the
tabs (Figure 23.).
6. Place the LED Mechanism aside (Figure 24.) or remove
from the housing if necessary. In order to pass through
the housing collar, the mechanism must be adjusted to
the 45 degree tilt position.
LED Driver Servicing
1. Detach the LED Mechanism and remove or place aside,
per instructions in "Removing the LED Mechanism" .
2. Loosen the two thumbscrews securing the Driver
Door Assembly to the housing wall (Figure 25.). The
thumbscrews are captive, but do not over-torque.
