Quick Painter
Note: Use only with latex paint.
Easy to Fill
1. Remove pad attachment by
turning counterclockwise.
2. Insert tip 1/2" into paint. Press
trigger down, slowly pull back handle until loaded. Release
trigger. Caution: Failure to release trigger before letting go of
handle may result in property damage.
Easy to Paint
1. Re-attach pad.
2. Press down trigger to start painting. Tap trigger when paint is
needed.
3. Refill when empty.
Easy to Clean
1. Remove pad attachment. Insert
tip into warm soapy water and
fill. Shake.
2. Point nozzle into container and
press down trigger to release.
Repeat 4 to 5 times.
3. Clean attachments with warm
soapy water.
How to Disassemble For Additional Cleaning
1. Remove trigger.
2 Press in yellow tabs using your finger or a flat end screwdriver to
remove nozzle. Remove sleeve and spring.
3. Press in blue tabs at base to remove piston assembly.
4. Clean parts. Lightly lubricate valve and piston o-rings with
petroleum jelly.
How to Reassemble
1. Slide in piston assembly, securing blue tabs.
2. Insert spring.
3. With round edges facing down, insert valve into sleeve making
sure it is flush.
4. With wings of sleeve facing down, align with trigger pins and
insert.
5. Line up yellow tabs and push nozzle on.
6. Having trigger in down position, slide prongs in and above sleeve
wings, slowly lift up and attach to pins.
This Kit May or May Not Include
Release trigger
before letting go
of handle.
Tips
When pushing trigger pad should be on a flat surface to prevent drips.
Replace used pad with new one for smoother application.
Trouble Shooting
Problem Solution
Paint does not come out Make sure holes are not plugged
Lift pad slightly from surface to allow paint to
come out
Trigger limp Check sleeve, make sure wings are down
and prongs on trigger inserted above wings
Paint comes out too fast Disassemble and wipe off excess lubricant
from valve
How to Replace Pad
1. Use your fingers or a pliers to remove pad from base.
2. Clean and dry base, remove paper backing on new pad.
3. Press replacement pad firmly in place.
