1. INTRODUCTION AND SAFETY NOTES
The Aprimatic M230S Motor Control Modules are radio controlled appliances for the remote control of operators
used to automate windows, doors and rolling shutters powered by 230 VAC. Radio signals can only be sent
by Aprimatic transmitters.
Caution
The appliance has no inputs or devices for detecting failure conditions. If necessary,
the operators must be connected to an independent system able to interrupt the circuit in such events.

Thoroughly read these instructions before installing the product and doing the interventions specified
by the manufacturer.
The product can be installed and maintained only by qualifi ed technicians.
Always work in well-lit areas meeting the requirements of the safety at work legislation of your country. Always
use instruments, tools and equipment in good state.
Always use original spare parts.
Do not use the product in an improper way or for purposes other than those envisaged.
Do not tamper with or modify the product.
Always turn the power off before any interventions on the appliance.
The electrical system must be made consistent with the electrical code in force in the installation country.
The appliance is not equipped with grounding terminals: the operator must be connected to a separate
ground system with effi cient plates.
Protect the appliance and the connected motor with a thermal switch of suitable size with a current balancing
threshold of 30 mA.
After the installation, check the correct functioning of the appliance and the controlled automation.
Keep children clear of the working range of the automation during operation; do not allow children to play with
fi xed control devices; keep the transmitters out of the reach of children.

If the standard settings meet the application needs, no additional programming is required. Otherwise, it is possible to
change the factory-set parameters according to the procedure described in the following paragraphs.
3. INSTALLATION

Fix the appliance directly to the wall using the
holes on the container body.
Perforate the container and run the cables
through the hole using cable clamps.
Connect the cables to the terminals, then insert
the card and place the cover.
