IS THERE A PROBLEM ?
Problems
There is no steam.
The appliance does
not heat.
Water leaks or spits.
The steam leaves
stains on the fabric.

Possible causes
The steamer is not
plugged in.
The water level is too low.
The steam button trigger
has not been primed.
You use the appliance for
the first time.

Solutions
Check that your appliance is correctly
plugged in.
Remove tank and refill it.
Press the steam button trigger successively
for a few seconds to begin steaming.
When the appliance is new, press the steam
button trigger a few times.
Ensure that the water tank snaps in when
put into place (full lock).
Plug in your appliance.
Adjust temperature dial and wait for stable
temperature.
Apply "Maintenance descaling procedure".
Allow your steam brush to heat for
approximately 60 seconds before using.
Ensure that the temperature dial is at 3
dots or more.
Wait for 60 seconds so that the appliance is
ready to steam.
Never add any product additives in the
water tank.
