Probable Remedy
Check supply voltage circuit operation
Check power switch is on
Check user name or password
Use default "admin" user name and password
Check force to dispense cable from reel is
25 lbs or less
Check if cable is between feed rollers
Check cable OD is within capacity rating
Tighten feed roller set screws (See graphic on
page 31)
Check if job is complete
Check force to dispense cable from reel
is 25 lbs or less
Check tension lever is engaged (down)
Check for obstruction in output tube
Increase Hold Down Offset parameter
Clean feed roller to remove grease & dirt
Check cable OD is within capacity rating
Decrease Feed Rate Parameter
Increase Notch Depth setting
Correct whip parameter for tail or lead strip length
Decrease Notch Rate Parameter
