NAMING
1. Fix the pump to its base, and this should be horizontal.
2. Install the central tube and the internal mesh in the sand tank. Handle and fix the meshes with care.
3. Place the tank on the base.
4. Cover the central tube inlet to avoid sand entering. Check that the tube is well-centred regarding the tank opening.
5. Half-fill the water tank, to dampen the impact of the sand on the meshes during the loading of sand.
6. Carefully pour in the necessary quantity to fill the tank up to a maximum of 3/4. Make sure the tube is well centred.
7. Install the selector valve at the upper part of the tank. Pre-install both parts of the selector valve, fixing flange using a bolt and nut. Do not
tighten them.
8. Place the selector valve and the 'O' ring in their position at the neck of the tank. Make sure that central tube slides inside the cover opening.
Install the fixing flange around the neck of the tank and of the selector valve base using a second bolt and nut.
Do not completely tighten them.
9. Put Teflon tape (not included) around the pressure gauge thread and fix it to the multidirectional flap. Reasonably tighten.
10. Position the flap to allow connection to the pump. Tighten the fixing clamp so the flap is fixed to the tank.
11. Connect the pump outlet tube to the flap at the outlet marked «PUMP». Connect the pump to the pool water inlet and the selector valve
«POOL» outlet to the pool impulsion nozzle. After making the connections, fix the clams with a screwdriver.
12. Observation: the selector valve outlet marked «WASTE» should be connected with a temporary water evacuation (extended washing hose,
not included) or permanent one (fixed tube, not included).
13. To avoid sand leaks, make sure that all tube connections are well fixed.
