2) Store the cleaned appliance in a clean, dust­free and dry location .

The appliance is
not working .
The blade 6
does not rotate
well or not at all .
If the malfunction cannot be corrected using one of the suggestions above, or if you have
found some other kind of malfunction, please contact our Customer Service department .

Cause
The plug is not connected .
The appliance is defective .
The motor unit 4 and the
blender 5 have not been
assembled correctly .
The blade 6 is jammed .
The blended food is too
tough or firm .
The solution
Insert the plug into a mains power
socket .
Contact our Customer Service
department .
Remove the plug from the power
socket and assemble the appliance
properly .
Remove the plug from the power
socket and remove whatever object is
blocking the blade .
The appliance is not suitable for
processing hard food .
