Observe the safety instructions for avoiding accessory hazards.
Removing the saw blade:
•
Loosen the tension lever item 22, push back the saw blade guide item 21 and retighten the
tension lever.
•
Loosen the screws and remove the protective cover.
•
Release the tension lever item 9 in clockwise direction (see fig. 6).
•
First take the saw blade off the guide rollers and then out of the guides.
Insert the saw blade:
Remove saw residues from the guides and the pulley tires before inserting a new saw blade
check.
Check easy running of the guide bearings.
Put first into the guides, then onto the guide rollers.
•
Observe the direction of cut! First ensure that the saw blade teeth point to the correct
direction (see fig.11).
•
Tension the saw blade.
•
Align the saw blade guide.
•
Run the saw briefly two to three times, to ensure the setting of the blade. If the saw blade
does not run exactly on the pulley tires, adjust it with the thread bolt item 8 (see fig. 6).
