• Position the lid seal so that the slightly protruding edge is facing the
edge of the bowl.
• Place the measuring cup (facing downwards) in the lid.

Fill the bowl with water to the indicated level for steam cooking
and place the steaming basket directly in the bowl. After using
the steaming basket, use the handle end of the spatula to help
remove the basket and avoid the risk of scalding. The handle of
the spatula has a hook to facilitate removal of the steaming
basket.

• The measuring cup has two
different sides with different
volumes (60 ml or 40 ml) and
can be used either way around.
This means that it can be used
to measure different ingredients
(e.g. salt and oil) without mixing
them together.
Place the lid on the bowl, lining up the
notch on the lid with the notch on the bowl
handle. Rotate the lid clockwise as far as
it will turn, gripping by the two lugs. The
tab on the lid must be correctly latched
onto the safety device in the column on
the base of the product.
