STARTING THE PROCESS
• Switch on the appliance by pressing the On button. The
following will appear on the display:
‫ ܞ‬Speed setting
EN
‫ ܞ‬Temperature setting: the temperature symbol will flash until
the set temperature has been reached
‫ ܞ‬Elapsed time, if the timer has not been set
‫ ܞ‬Time remaining until the end of the process, if the timer has been set
END OF THE PROCESS
When the time set with the timer has elapsed (or after
30 minutes from the start of the process, if the timer is
not being used), the appliance beeps and the message
"END" is shown on the display. If the temperature set
is 60°C or higher, the appliance will carry on mixing for
another 2 minutes to prevent the food from sticking to the
bottom of the bowl.
• Press the On/Off button. If the button is not pressed
within 3 minutes, the appliance enters energy saving
mode.

CHANGING SETTINGS

The speed, temperature and time settings may also be modified after a process has started.
• Press the motor speed, temperature or timer button: the relevant icon will flash.
• Press the "+" or "-" buttons to change the values.
• The value can be modified until the relevant icon stops flashing.
PAUSING A PROCESS
If it is necessary to open and then re-close the lid to
check the progress of the process, pause the appliance
as follows:
• Press the
(temperature, speed and timer functions) will be
temporarily stopped.
• Press Start/Pause again to restart. If the button
is not pressed within 20 minutes, the appliance
automatically enters standby mode awaiting further
input.
PULSE FUNCTION
• Press and hold the Pulse button for 2 to 3 seconds
and then release, repeating as necessary: the
relevant icon will illuminate on the display. The pulse
function is not available while a pre-set process is in
progress.
