ܞIf the lid is closed, the closed padlock symbol will appear on the display and the light for the motor
speed and pulse buttons will come on.
• Add the ingredients and fit the accessories following the instructions given in the recipe book.
• Close the lid and fit the measuring cup (if required by the recipe).
• Set the time, speed and temperature manually or by using an automatic program.
NOTE: If there is no user input for 5 minutes, the appliance will enter energy saving mode and the
display will switch off. To switch it back on, press the On/Off button.
• Switch the appliance off.
• Disconnect the power cable plug from the power socket.
• Remove the lid, turning anticlockwise.
• Remove the bowl from the appliance.
• Remove the accessory from inside the bowl.
• Remove any food residue with the spatula.
• The appliance has a safety device which turns the appliance off if the motor overheats. However, to
prevent overloading the motor, avoid carrying out more than 3 consecutive lengthy processes.
WARNING! Risk of fire. Wait for the appliance to cool
completely before storing it.
WARNING! Always disconnect the appliance from the socket
before cleaning or performing maintenance.
WARNING! Check the condition of the lid seal before use. lf
there are signs of damage, contact an authorised technical
service centre. Have it replaced at least every 2 years.
• Carefully wash all removable parts in contact with food (indicated as follows) by hand, using hot water
and washing up liquid:
ܞthe measuring cup, the lid, the lid seal, the spatula, the mixing blade and the steaming basket.
ܞthe blade for chopping and kneading and the ice crushing blade – use a toothbrush and hold the
blades at the top to avoid cutting yourself. It is a good idea to wash the blades immediately after every
use to avoid leaving them in prolonged contact with food.
ܞthe bowl – potentially using vinegar to remove any limescale.
