NOTA. La protezione dell'apparecchio
contro sovraccarichi e cortocircuiti è
ottenuta mediante un interruttore termi-
co autoripristinabile, inserito sul prima-
rio del trasformatore di alimentazione.
Dopo l'intervento della protezione, il
ripristino del funzionamento avviene
automaticamente dopo che la tempe-
ratura del trasformatore scende al di
sotto dei 85 °C.
Accertare ed eliminare le cause che
hanno determinato l'intervento della
protezione.

Attention.
Before installing the unit, carefully
read the "WARNINGS FOR INSTAL-
LATION" contained in the package.
VA/200 POWER SUPPLIER
The unit comprises a DC power sup-
plier and system control card.
The unit supplies in direct current:
1 - monitor, entry panel and accesso-
ries (17.5V DC stabilized);
2 - auxiliary services (12V DC stabili-
zed);
3 - electrical door lock, 12V DC or
AC, 1A.
Operating characteristics
1 - System activation timer.
The installation remains active for 30
s following a call at the entry panel. If
the handset is lifted during this inter-
val, the activation time is increased
by 30 s and may be extended to a
maximum of 90 secs. by adjusting
potentiometer TV, figure 1.
If the system is activated by the entry
panel button, located on the internal
unit, the system activation time (when
not interrupted by another call) may
be adjusted between 30 and 90 s
using potentiometer TV in figure 1.
2 - System deactivation.
The installation is switched off by the
system timer once the set time has
elapsed, or on completion of the
electrical door lock function.
3 - Call note.
The unit is equipped with two diffe-
rential call tone generators.
The first generator (terminal 8) is acti-
vated each time a call is made at the
entry panel which simultaneously
causes the system activation timers
to switch on.
The second generator (terminal 8A
and jumper SW in figure 1 energised)
activates without switching on the
system. This means that the second
generator may be used as a landing
call signal.
When jumper SW is de-energised,
the activation of the second genera-
tor causes the system to switch on,
and permits, if required, the identifi-
cation of two call sources (2 entry
panels).

The outputs of the two call generators
can simultaneously control a maxi-
mum of 3 internal units.
4 - Door lock release (12V 1A)
The supply voltage to the electrical
door lock is limited to approximately
1 to 15 s (adjusted using the poten-
tiometer in figure 1) also with
continuous activation of the door lock
release button on the internal unit.
If the door lock release is activated
by an auxiliary button (connected to
terminal 23), the electrical door lock
is energised for the duration of acti-
vation of the said button.
5 - Conversation privacy.
The unit powers audio and video
conversation privacy when the moni-
tors and handsets (200, Exedra and
Lynea series) are installed in the
same system. The handsets 200 and
Exedra series must be equipped with
SC/200 unit.
The use of C/200 handset, in systems
without conversation privacy, requi-
res the installation of EKC/200 capa-
citor.
6 - Stair light control.
The stair light function may be activa-
ted using the monitor (when switched
on) using relay VLS/101.

Technical features

nuous service and 0.6A for inter-
mittent service) for monitor, entry

12V DC stabilised (400mA for con-
tinuous service)
12V DC (0.5A for intermittent servi-
ce) for electrical door lock.
• Two differential call note genera-
tors, controlling up to 3 internal
units.
• Installation activation time 30 s. If
the handset is lifted during this
interval, the activation time is
extended by 30 to a maximum of
90 s (adjustable).

with time interval adjustment of 1 to
15 s. Compatible with both direct
and alternate current-operated elec-
trical door lock (12V DC, AC, 1A).

The power supplier can be installed
without terminal covers into boxes
provided with DIN rail (EN 50022).
Dimensions are shown in figure 2A.
Or it can be wall-mounted using the
DIN rail provided, applying as neces-
sary the terminal covers and plugs
provided.
Dimensions are shown in figure 2B.
NOTE. The unit is protected against
overloads and short-cicuits by a self-
resetting thermal switch, inserted on
the primary of the power supply tran-
sformer. Once the switch trips, opera-
tion is resumed automatically once
the temperature of the transformer
drops back below 85 °C.
Make sure the cause of the switch
tripping is eliminated.

NETZGERÄT VA/200
Das Gerät besteht aus einem Bereich
für die Gleichstromversorgung und
einer Platine für die Anlagensteue-
rung.
Das Netzgerät erlaubt die Versorgung
mit Gleichstrom:
1 - Monitors, Außenstation und even-
tueller Zubehörausstattungen (17,5V
DC, stabilisiert);
2 - zusätzlichen Services (12V DC,
stabilisiert);
3 - elektrischen Türöffners, 12V DC
oder AC, 1A.
Funktionsmerkmale
1 - Zeitgeschalteter Anlagenbetrieb.
Die Anlage bleibt für 30 s nach einem
Anruf von der Außenstation einge-
schaltet.
Falls binnen diesem Zeitraum der
Hörer abgenommen wird, wird die
Einschaltzeit der Anlage um 30 s bis
auf maximal 90 s erhöht, die über das
Potentiometer TV (Abb. 1) eingestellt
werden kann.
Wenn die Anlage an
Innensprechstelle über die Taste für
die Zuschaltung der Außenstation
eingeschaltet wird, beträgt die Dauer
der Einschlatung der Anlage (bei
freier Anlage) zwischen 30 und 90 s
(über das Potentiometer TV aus Abb.
1 einstellbar).
2 - Abschaltung der Anlage.
Die Anlage schaltet sich nach Ablauf
des Zeitintervalles oder bei Abschluß
der Stromversorgung des elektri-
schen Türöffners ab.
3 - Rufton.
Die Einheit verfügt
Ruftonerzeuger für zwei verschiede-
ne Ruftöne.
Der erste Ruftonerzeuger (Klemme 8)
wird bei jedem Anruf von der
Außenstation eingeschaltet, der glei-
chzeitig die Zeitschalter des Anlage-
betriebes einschalten.
Der zweite Ruftonerzeuger (Klemme
8A und Brücke SW aus Abb. 1
geschaltet) wird ohne Zuschaltung
der Anlage eingeschaltet.
Diese Charakteristik erlaubt die
Verwendung des zweiten Ruftoner-
zeugers für das Rufsignal aus dem
Treppenhaus.
Bei unterbrochener Brücke SW
bewirkt die Einschaltung des zweiten
Ruftonerzeugers die
schaltung und läßt, sofern erwünscht,
die Identifikation der zwei Rufstellen
(z.B. zwei Außenstationen) zu.
Die Ausgange der zwei Ruftonerzeu-
ger können gleichzeitig bis zu 3
Innensprechstellen steuern.
4 - Türöffner (12V 1A).
Die Versorgungsspannung des elek-
trischen Türöffners ist, auch bei stän-
diger Betätigung der Türöffnertaste
an der Innensprechstelle, zeitge-
schaltet (zwischen ca. 1 bis 15 s über
das Potentiometer
ausregelbar).
Wenn der Türöffnerbefehl von einer
Zusatztaste kommt (Anschluß an
Klemme 23), wird der Türöffner über
die Dauer der Tastenbetätigung mit
Strom versorgt.
5 - Mithörschutz.
Die Einheit steuert den Mithör- und
Mitsehschutz bei Einsatz
Monitors und Sprechgarnituren
(Serie 200, Exedra und Lynea) der-
selben Anlage.
Die Sprechgarnituren Serie 200 und
Exedra benötigen den Einsatz der
Einheit SC/200.
Bei Verwendung der Sprechgarnitur
C/200, in Anlagen ohne Mithörsperre,
muß der Kondensator EKC/200 mon-
tiert werden.
6 - Treppenlicht.
Das Treppenlicht ist bei eingeschal-
tetem Monitor einschaltbar, wenn das
Relais VLS/101 verwendet wird.
