10- Warranties and Liabilities:

- Statutory warranty :
MSA GALLET will be bound by the statutory warranty for hidden defects, under the
article 1641 and following of the Civil Code, towards the end user.
- Contractual warranty :
MSA GALLET warrants the product for a twelve month period from its date of
purchase, being understood that the purchase date mentioned on the invoice, issued by
the shop, is the starting point of the warranty. MSA GALLET warrants that the product
is of merchandisable quality, free from faulty materials, workmanship or defects. It is
understood that the product will be used under normal conditions and in accordance
with the instructions specified hereby.
The end user will notify to MSA GALLET in writing any product's default within five
business days from the occurrence of such default.
The warranty is limited to the free exchange of the product or to the provision of free
parts to replace the faulty parts. MSA GALLET will choose between the two solutions.
MSA GALLET's warranty does not include the actual repairs costs of the products.
MSA GALLET will not be liable in the following cases:
- fair wear and tear, impact, improper use, mishandling, damages or accidents due
to negligence (lack of supervision, maintenance) or any transformation of the
product;
- opening of the PTT box by the end-user.
- repair, alteration or use beyond its specifications as provided by MSA GALLET;
- any accident suffered by a person or a good which may outcome from the use of
the product.
In any case, there is no responsibility on MSA GALLET's part for all indirect and/or
immaterial damages, all facts, losses, costs due to the equipment (even if MSA
GALLET knows about them).
