2.1 HORNO
Situado en la parte superior de estufa posee una cámara de
cocción hermética. La base del horno es de ladrillo
refractario (absorbe el calor y lo irradia poco a poco). El
calentamiento se produce por el paso del humo por los
laterales y superior del horno. En el techo incluye un tubo
que conecta con la salida de humos a fin de evacuar los
gases de cocción, que genera el asado.
Para su limpieza cabe resaltar el especial cuidado que se
debe tener, puesto que productos agresivos se comen la
pintura y demasiada agua puede acabar oxidándolo.
El horno posee lo siguientes componentes
- Termómetro: Marca la temperatura de cocción del horno.
Para su instalación procederemos como sigue. (fotos 1-2)
- Bandeja. Realizada en acero inoxidable. Regulable en dos
alturas en funcion de la ranura de la guia lateral que
usemos. Para evitar el deterioro de la misma es
aconsejable sacarla cuando no este en uso.
- Ladrillos refractarios. Colocados en la base del horno, su
funcion es absorver el calor e irradiarlo poco a poco.
2.1 OVEN.

top of oven. The roof includes a tube that connects the oven
with the pipes for to evacuates the cooking gas, which is
generated for the roast.
For to clean it is you must have special care with aggressive
products which can deteriorate the paint and too much
water can corrode it.
The oven oncludes the next components :
- Thermometer : Indicates the cooking temperature of the
oven. The product is supplied with the thermometer fitted
in position , but are removed & replaced by the following
steps. (photos 1-2)
- Stainles steel pan : The product is supplied with a pan. It is
adjustable in several positions.
- Firebricks : Placed in the base of the oven. Their function is
