"On/Off" and confirm by pressing °.
In the next screen, select "Enabled" and confirm by press-
ing °.
– To set the dusk/dawn activation threshold:
after selecting and confirming the function icon, select "Val-
ue setting" and confirm by pressing °.
In the next screen, to increase the level of dusk/dawn
brightness, press and hold p, or, to decrease press and
hold q. Then press ° to memorise the new value.
Warnings:
– The cursor can be set within the space between the min-
imum brightness value (total darkness) and the lower cur-
sor-brightness threshold.
– Total closure of the shutter also interrupts automatic
operation of the transmitter. To restore, user intervention
is required to re-open the shutter and expose the bright-
ness sensor.
• "Season"
This function enables the user to set operation of
"Modality 5", described in paragraph 7.2.2, and
the "Thermostat" application, as described in the chapter
"Ad vanced functions".
– In "Modality 5": with "Summer" mode set, the shutter is
closed completely when the temperature is high, to reduce
sunlight inside the environment.
On the contrary, with "Winter" set, the shutter is opened
completely to initially aid a rise in ambient temperature.
– In the "Thermostat" application: with "Summer" mode
set,the cooling system is activated when the temperature
rises above the pre-set threshold. On the contrary, with
"Winter" mode set,the heating system is activated when
the temperature falls below the pre-set threshold.
• "Presentation"
This function simultaneously activates the "infor-
mation" and the "demonstration" screens. This are
disabled automatically after 15 minutes.
- "Information" screen: this screen displays the product
identification data. When the "Presentation" function is
active, the screen appears briefly every time the display is
switched-on.
- "Demonstration" function: this function accelerates
product operating times, so that each second corre-
sponds to one minute of normal operation. This function
is useful as it enables the user to simulate and check in
real time product responses to variations in brightness
and temperature, avoiding long waiting times.
• "Reset defaults"
ATTENTION! - The operation cancels all of
the settings programmed by the installer
and restores the values and options set in the fac-
tory.
• "Language"
This function allows to select the language of the
display texts.
To set a language, select the "Settings" menu and confirm
with the ° key. From the sub-menu, select the "Language"
function and confirm using the ° key. In the screen that
appears, use the p and q keys to select the desired lan-
guage and confirm using the ° key.
• "Test"
Se the "What to do if..." chapter.
• "Temperature hysteresis"
This function enables the user to increase or de -
crease the zone between the lower and upper
temperature threshold. The width of this zone (hysteresis)
determines the frequency at which the system intervenes
due to ambient temperatures. It is therefore recommended
to set the hysteresis space to values suited to user require-
ments, also taking into account that a high number of inter-
ventions, apart from being of no use, also reduces the bat-
tery lifetime.
• "Min./Max. temperature"
This function enables entry of the limits within
which the user can set the temperature threshold.
Entry of these limits prevents the user from subsequently
entering inadequate values.
